Mice in your home or business can be quite stressful. They can spread disease, and cause massive amounts of damage to food areas, electrical wirings, pipes, floorboards and insulations. They’ve even been known to chew through stored vehicles in garages and workshops!
In a domestic household after gaining entry, they can contaminate food stocks in kitchens and store rooms, This causes a serious risk to your health with their constant fouling and urinating, especially considering they have probably crawled through countless amounts of dirt and germ-laden areas on their way into your property. Unfortunately, they can also bring with them other disease carrying insects like ticks, fleas and mites.
They can be quite noisy when in the loft or banging around inside cupboards in the kitchen late at night. I have often turned up at the customer's property with them thinking they have rats because of the loud noise in the loft to discover it's little mice.
The mouse's ability to get anywhere because of its flexible skeleton allows them to disappear under doors and escape down the side of radiator pipes with just the smallest of gaps needed for them to access your property.
Unlike rats, mice are quite inquisitive little creatures, they will explore everything and get into every little item in your cupboard. They are searching for food or nesting materials.
They can breed very quickly, having between 7-8 litters of young per year depending on the environment and climate. Before you know it you may have a serious infestation on your hands. This is when it's time to call professional pest control.
South Yorkshire Pest Control always prioritize Wasps Nest Treatments and aim to attend premises within 24 hours.
We also offer a full guarantee without any additional charge for a re-visit until the wasps are gone!
Wasps are at their most active during the summer months in the UK. Many of us have suffered from the unforgettable wasp sting. It hurts a lot and some people who may be allergic can suffer terribly and even go into anaphylactic shock when stung.
It’s not nice, and it’s definitely avoidable.
Let a professional pest controller like me deal with the problem, and you won’t get stung by the wasp or financially!
Fully qualified to deal with bedbugs. First point of call will be a site assessment to assess the infestation level. If the infestation is restricted to one single room I suggest not removing any items of bedding or mattress from that room as you are likely to spread the bedbugs eggs and nymphs around your home.
General hygiene and clearing of floors is required and all clothing, and soft washable furnishings need to be bagged up and washed at 60 degrees or frozen. Empty Hoover bag into black sack and seal before dumping etc.
We can then do a spray treatment with the growth inhibitor hormones to prevent development of nymphs.
This is then followed up with monitoring traps and repeated visits alternating different chemicals in order to eliminate all growth stages of the bedbugs.
We can also offer alternative treatments using non-chemical methods which are obviously less harmful to the environment and occupants of property. These include organic powders and deep heat treatments for the contents of the house and also for each individually infested room.
These types of treatments are not cheap but are very effective as they eliminate all stages of growth including eggs.
Please feel free to call any time for some further advice as not every situation is the same. It is always advisable to have a site assessment before really establishing the level of treatment needed for any pest.
Often, if caught early enough everything is easily resolved.
